Dr. Robert Kirsch was born to be an optometrist — he follows in the footsteps of a long line of optometrists in his family, including his father, brother, and several uncles. With a thriving practice in West Orange, NJ for over 30 years, he sees patients of all ages, from age 2 to 100.
Dr. Kirsch provides gentle, expert, and comprehensive care for all, with a deep understanding of the complex needs of his patients at every stage of their lives. With over 25 years of experience in primary eye care, Dr. Kyung Kim joined our practice more than a decade ago and has become an integral part of our team. Working closely alongside Dr. Kirsch, she delivers thorough, personalized care to every patient.
Her expertise spans the full spectrum of optometric services — from crafting precise eyeglass prescriptions and mastering complex contact lens fittings to managing dry eye syndrome and treating both chronic and acute ocular diseases. She takes a comprehensive, patient-first approach to care, and is particularly proud to practice in an environment that combines a warm, supportive team with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology.
